Accommodation
The conference has established special accommodation prices for delegates, but the city offers many other types of accomodation and places. The list below shows different hotel categories, their distance to the conference venue and how to book in order to benefit from the discounts.
Please ensure to book your accomodation greatly in advance, as July is high season and the more convenient accomodation places can be booked out early!
Delegates are responsible for their accomodation arrangements and kindly requested to book by themselves via the indicated websites or other sources of preferred use.
From January 1st 2016, a municipal tax of 1€ per person per night will apply. This tax applies for guests aged 13 or older, and amounts to a maximum of 7€ per guest, per stay. This municipal tax is not included in the prices shown below.
Hotels may request a receipt of your conference registration that you get automatically via the Exordo system when you register at the conference website.
