The proceedings were sent by e-mail to all conference participants. They can be downloaded as well from the ISDRS website when logging in as a member.

Final notifications to authors were sent out. Authors with accepted submissions for either oral or poster presentation are requested to respond to the final comments of reviewers, if applicable, and upload a final word-file to the ExOrdo system. For technical reason, this step is necessary for each submissions (even if no changes in your abstract or paper are required). Instructions can be found in your notification e-mail as well as in the ExOrdo Dashboard by clicking on your "Upload your final draft" and following the three steps explained in the workflow. Please verify again if your file complies with the guidelines provided under Guide for Authors.

More exciting information was added at the conference website and sent to delegates by e-mail:
- Check out the new page Sustainability@ISDRS2016 and join the dialogue about how to make the conference itself a sustainable event as much as possible with least negative environmental impacts, socially empowering and longlasting positive outcomes! Send your suggestions to isdrs2016@campus.fct.unl.pt, making sure the subject is [sustainable event suggestions].

Authors with accepted submissions are requested:
- to review and/or confirm their final abstract. Please follow all steps described under Guide for Authors.
- Submit a full paper for review (optional) via the ExOrdo system. Please download and read carefully the general guidelines for full paper submission, as well as the template available in word and pdf.
- Complete your registration. Deadline for early bird registration: 31 March 2016!
